Red Run Senior Living Facility is looking for an amazing Concierge. The Concierge is the person that meets and greets our residents daily and asks, “What can I do to make your day better?” They are responsible for top-of-the-line customer service and hospitality. Assisting the residents, maintaining their safety and well-being.
This is a Part-Time position, the hours are 2pm-9pm
Responsibilities
- Shows compassion and tenderness towards the residents and family members.
- Assist with appointments and extracurricular activities.
- Address and resolve residents’ complaints and concerns.
- Protects resident’s confidentiality following HIPAA guidelines.
- Maintains a clean work environment.
- Creates and maintains a positive and friendly environment.
- Encourages residents to participate in activities and outings.
- Marketing, building relationships with the community.
- Assisting with care as needed.
- Assisting and working closely with vendors.
- Oversite of other departments to ensure expectations are met.
- Answer multi-line telephone, screen and direct calls, take and relay messages, provide information to callers.
- Give tours to potential clients and families.
- Direct individuals to correct destination, deal with queries from the public and clients.
- Ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization.
- Prepare letters and documents, receive, sort, and distribute mail, maintain office filing and organize meetings.

Our building is modern and built for the next generation of seniors. The Housekeeper is responsible for cleaning our community members rooms, common areas of the building and assisting with laundry. The Receptionist is the person that meets and greets our residents daily and asks, “What can I do to make your day better?” They are responsible for top-of-the-line customer service and hospitality. Assisting the residents, maintaining their safety and well-being.
Job Responsibilities (Essential Functions):
- Responsible for performing general housekeeping duties in Community Member apartments, public areas and support areas as assigned. This could include mopping, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, cleaning kitchen area and appliances, changing/washing/drying sheets, as well as additional duties as assigned
- Responsible for trash collection and removal
- Maintain equipment and supplies needed to perform work
- Complete personal laundry and linens for Community Members as an added service, on occasion
- Assist with appointments and extracurricular activities
- Address and resolve residents’ complaints and concerns
- Protects resident’s confidentiality following HIPAA guidelines
- Document all added services
- Must follow facility policy and procedures for cleaning in an appropriate manner
- Perform all other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Residential cleaning experience preferred
- Ability to multitask
- Office experience including computer, multi-line phone and general office duties
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Be able to effectively communicate and document in English
- Able to verify eligibility to work in the United States
- Willing to undergo and must pass a criminal background check
- Must have a current TB test and Physical (if required by the position)
Working Conditions / Physical Demands:
- Every other weekend is required
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds and support 100 pounds
- Kneel, crouch and bend frequently
- Must be able to stand and sit for entire shift

- Prep and prepare meals for community members.
- Prepare, coordinate, and assist in managing the meal service.
- Sanitation of food service areas.
- Mus have accurate record keeping.
- Responsible for receiving and rotating inventory.
- Prepares special dietary needs as required.
- Prepares texture modified food as requested.
- Follows all local, state, and federal policies regarding food handling.
- Monitors for compliance and quality service standards.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Associates degree in Culinary Arts preferred.
- Must have experience cooking meals in large quantities.
- Serve Safe Certified preferred.
- Menu planning experience preferred.
- Ability to multitask.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Able to effectively communicate in English.
- Must be able to verify eligibility to work in the United States.
- Willing to undergo and pass a criminal background check.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

The Reserve at Red Run Independent Living Community newly opened in Madison Heights and is looking for a Leasing Specialist. Do you have a positive vibe? Our Leasing Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining referral relationships in our market area. Frequent referral sources include but are not limited to hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, senior centers, and physician offices. The Leasing Specialist meets with future Community Members to coordinate the move-in process. We are looking for someone with senior living marketing experience.
This is a part time position, approximatley 3 days a week.
Marketer responsibilities:
- Explain senior living services to vendors, nursing agencies and potential clients
- Relationship management (between home health agencies, DME, discharge planners, Social Services, etc.)
- Review inquiries
- Follow up with referral sources
- Keep detailed records of all contacts in our CRM
- Plan and coordinate public affairs and communication efforts to include, but not limited to, public relations, health fairs, and community outreach
- Plan and develop company marketing and communication materials
- Anticipate potential negative and positive impacts on the business and adapt strategies accordingly
Requirements:
- Demographic knowledge of the market area
- Have a dependable vehicle
- Self-motivated
- Strong knowledge of social media
Experience:
- Marketing: 4 years (Required)

The Server is responsible for setting tables, taking orders, bussing tables, washing dishes, assisting the cook as needed, and completing cleaning duties.

We are offering $15-16 based on experience, full or part time, mornings evenings and weekends availability. We can fit all schedules and needs.
Responsibilities:
- Serves patrons food and beverages in a positive and friendly manner.
- Provides information to help food and beverage selections.
- Presents ordered choices in a prompt and efficient manner.
- Maintains dining ambiance with an enthusiastic attitude.
- Prepares room for dining per chef’s direction
- Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.
- Helps patrons select food and beverages by suggesting courses, explaining the chef’s specialties.
- Transmits orders to bar and kitchen by recording patrons’ choices and identifying patrons’ special requests.
- Keeps kitchen staff informed by noting timing of meal progression.
- Serves orders by picking up and delivering patrons’ choices from bar and kitchen and delivering accompaniments and condiments from service bars.
- Responds to additional patron requirements by inquiring of needs and observing dining process.
- Maintains table setting by removing courses as completed, replenishing utensils, refilling water glasses, and being alert to patron spills or other special needs.
- Perform cleaning duties that include dishwashing, floors, walls, equipment, storage areas, prep areas, dining room, outside receiving, and dumpster areas.
- Wash and store dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment.
- Deliver trays to community members’ apartments as needed.
- Attend training sessions as required.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Ability to multitask.
- Obtain a Food Handlers permit (as required by State regulations).
- Must be able to verify eligibility to work in the United States.
- Must pass a criminal background check.
- Must have a current TB test and Physical (if required by the position).
