This does include training care staff on the program, supervision of care staff regarding Impressions programming, setting up activity kits for residents, and providing redirection techniques and resident focused intervention plans by leading by example, and walking care staff through these techniques.

- Assists the Program Director with planning, developing, and preparing a variety of exercise, social, recreational, and educational.
- Assists with the production of the community monthly calendar newsletter for Memory Care.
- Assists with orientation of new residents by providing information and guidance to new.
