Answer multiple phone lines for a fast paced environment, greet visitors and handle various assignments within the office.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities• answer multi-line telephone, screen and direct calls • take and relay messages• provide information to callers• assist management in a number of projects• direct individuals to correct destination• deal with queries from the public and clients• ensures knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization• general administrative and clerical support• prepare letters and documents• receive, sort, and distribute mail• maintain office filing• organize meetings• tidy and maintain the reception area *Research vendors for cost effective suppliers*Run background checks*Schedule interviews*maintain employees files.
Education and Experience• high school diploma generally required• strong knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures• knowledge of computers • strong knowledge of word, excel, calculator, copier, fax, and postage machine• knowledge of customer service principles and practices. Ability to work in a fast pace environment.
Healthcare experience a plus.
