Maple Heights Independent Senior Living Community in Allen Park is looking for an enthusiastic and highly skilled Marketer/Sales Director for a 100+ unit opportunity.

 

The marketer will be responsible for developing and maintaining referral relationships for Maple Heights. Frequent referral sources include but are not limited to hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, senior centers, and physician offices. The Marketer meets with the resident and family members to work through the move-in process. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the senior living industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of driving successful marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Establish and maintain relationships between home health agencies, DME, social workers, discharge planners, and community leaders to generate referrals and build a strong network.
  • Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, print advertising, social media, public relations, health fairs, and community outreach to engage with potential residents and their families.
  • Monitor marketing performance metrics and analyze data to identify areas for improvement, optimize marketing efforts, and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Review intakes, follow up with referral sources, and keep detailed records of all contacts.
  • Intimate demographic knowledge of the market area to identify target demographics, industry trends, and competitive positioning.

 

Requirements:

  • Have a dependable vehicle.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, including social media.
  • In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices, particularly within the senior living industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex information to diverse audiences.
  • A passion for working with seniors and a commitment to providing exceptional care and services.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and build relationships with external partners and the community.

 

Experience:

  • Marketing and Sales: 4 years (Required).
  • Senior Living: 2 years (Required).

License or certification:

  • Driver's License (Required).

Travel:

  • 75% in the Allen Park area.
